What is the "Point of Single Contact"?
The Point of Single Contact coordinates all of the procedures and formalities required to deal with your request. As a "guide" and "procedural mediator", he relieves you of time-consuming administrative procedures and ensures that you receive all the necessary permits and documents quickly and from one source. He informs, advises, accepts applications and handles all procedural correspondence between you and the responsible authorities.
